Candidates who have passed any of the following Bachelor Degrees from any University considered as equivalent there to are eligible for the programme provided they have secured a minimum of 45% (45% for SC/ST/Category-l candidates) aggregate marks excluding Languages and Group III Subjects. B.Sc. degree with Computer Science / Computer Applications (Vocational) as optional/major/subsidiary subject or B.Sc.

(Hons) degree with Computer Science / Computer Systems / Information Science / Information Systems or B.Sc. degree with Mathematics/Statistics / Physics / Electronics / Instrumentation as optional/major/subsidiary along with PG Diploma in Computer Applications / Computer Science/Information Technology or Bachelor of Computer Applications (BCA) or Bachelor of Computer Science (BCS) (Integrated Course) or Bachelor of Information Technology (BIT) or Bachelor of Information Science (BIS) or Bachelor of Engineering (BE) or Bachelor of Technology (B.Tech).

Selection of candidates shall be on merit-cum-reservation on the basis of 50:50 weightage for marks in the entrance and qualifying examinations

  • MSc (Artificial Intelligence & Intelligent Systems)

Eligibility Criteria for Admission  for MSc (Artificial Intelligence and Intelligent Systems) 

A candidate is eligible for admission to the programme if they have passed any recognized undergraduate degree or equivalent examination and satisfy the following conditions:

The candidate must have studied Mathematics, Statistics, Computer Science, Computer Applications, Computer Programming, Business Mathematics, or Business Statistics as one of the optional subjects during the undergraduate programme and must have secured a minimum aggregate of 45% marks in all subjects across all years of the degree examination.

Bachelor of Engineering (B.E.) / Bachelor of Technology (B.Tech.) graduates in Computer Science, Information Science, or any other engineering discipline with Computer Science as one of the optional subjects are also eligible, provided they have obtained a minimum of 45% aggregate marks.

In the case of candidates belonging to SC, ST, and Category-I, the minimum aggregate marks required in the qualifying examination shall be 40%.

Candidates who have studied and passed any one of the subjects mentioned above at the Pre-University Course (PUC / 10+2) level with a minimum of 50% marks in that subject shall also be considered eligible for admission.

For SC, ST, and Category-I candidates, a minimum of 45% marks in the concerned subject at the PUC level is required.
